Refund & Returns Policy

We want customers of Vibe Coffee Shop to shop with confidence. This policy explains cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

30-day return window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not normally refundable. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We may request photographs, video, a serial number, or other information needed to assess the claim. For approved claims, Vibe Coffee Shop covers reasonable return shipping and provides the appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Non-returnable items
Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.
Items missing important parts, accessories, packaging, or serial-number labels where this prevents verification or resale.
Gift cards, downloadable products, or customised items, except where required by law.
Opened consumable products, except where a return is required because of a fault or other statutory right.
Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to stop processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packed or shipped.

How to request a return

Email hello@vibeshop.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photographs or video. Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally processed by us within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.
